Or not following the trail... either way you want to look at it we didn't take the guided trail to the top of Pinnacle Mountain. Somehow our fearless leader lead us astray and we literally scaled straight up to summit the mountain. I am not sure if my calves are sore from the mountain climbing or the sets of bleachers I did at Bro. Erwin Stadium that morning. Oh well, it was worth it.

The thought that counts

My girl's group at church is welcoming two babies in August so there is no better reason to celebrate! This past weekend we hosted a shower for our friends, Emily and Penny. Great invitation below, right?

It would have been if I hadn't totally screwed it up by printing it with Penny's incorrect last name! Don't know what I was thinking but I put Penny's husband's name as her last name! AH! So, in this case, I hope it is truly the thought that counts!

Lots of Fourth of July pics to post. Until I have a chance to do so wanted to post this one...we were all pooped on the way home today but here's Caroline before we made it out of the Beebe city limits.

I finally discovered how to email myself pictures from my phone. This was an awesome moment during my run at the LR Half Marathon in March. As I was running through the firefighters were raising up the flag.
